what do you all use to redo eyes on your customs? I've done one so far with acrylic paint but gaaah >_< so hard! So I need some other alternatives for the next one :P

You could always put in acrylic or glass eyes, if painting them is too hard.

I think some people use pastel or watercolor pencils instead of acrylic paint. I've used acrylics too, but I'll try pencils on my next custom.

Yea, I'm thinking of using pencils next time too. I think it might give me more control, and be a little neater.

Here are some awesome tutorials that focus heavily on the eyes and use watercolor pencils. Be prepared to have to buy a lot of materials you might not already have, and don't skip steps! As long as you properly seal it, you can always wipe it and try again.
