What Was Your First Nirvana? And What's Your Favorite And Your Grail Nirvana

Okey dokey ye experienced nirvana collecting folk, I'm relatively new to nirvana ponies I discovered them last year but didn't get one till this year, I now have a few mostly Italian and a no country.

So to my questions just because I'm curious;

What was your first ever nirvana (feel free to include back story of getting her/him if you wish)?

What is your fave nirvana that you own?

And what is your nirvana grail?

My first was Italian Peachy which I bought with two other ponies from a trader either on here or the trading post. She was about $8.00 I think.

My favorite is my no country Starflower, she was my first Starflowe and despite her minor faults (couple of pen marks and slightly tatty hair) she is adorable.

My grail nirvana wise is a bit harder. I find it hard to choose there are so many lol, if I had the money it would be argie Cool Breeze or a piggy pony more down to Earth prices I'll plump for German Swirly Whirly I love her hair.

Hopefully I'll find some more Italians at Ponycon  hopefully

My first ever nirvana was a grey Italy Blossom. I found her at a carboot sale.
She was a bit less than a dollar

My favourite(s) are my two greek Lemon Drops
grail... every nirvana Lemon Drop I don't own + greek baby minty(ies)

My first ever nirvana pony was NC Lemondrop, she came with my childhood Show Stable (german Pony Haus)

What is your fave nirvana that you own?
i think its italian white lemondrop as i was hunting very long to get her back

And what is your nirvana grail?
Spain Trucker with all Accessories or a Columbian Daddy Apple Delight. Hard to choose

What a fun idea for a thread, Raven!  Shaiyeh, I'm a major Lemon Drop fan too!

I seriously cannot remember who my first nirvana was, maybe due to the looong break I had in collecting, but there is a chance that it was my Italian regular pose 2-stamper stamp-eyed Lemon Drop. I bought her from a fellow collector (don't remember who) who described her as a "dwarf." I don't blame her, I've myself gained some confidence in telling the CP molds apart only lately. Not bad though, considering most Italy LD's around are hunchbacks.

I've got a hard time choosing a single favourite, but perhaps that would be Macau Jenny. She was something of a grail to me when I first started collecting, but I never got myself one. Finally, the Jenny slot on my shelf was filled this year, thanks to a nice German lady.

If I were to name a single grail, it would be the magenta-haired Italian Lemon Drop. Fat chance I'm ever going to find one, there are two instances of her around if memory serves. But hey, one can dream, right?

Italy Surprise (who I also got off nhal). Was my second ever art trade, I think? Such a pretty pony, and cemented a love of Italian ponies.

What is your fave nirvana that you own?

ooh... that's a hard one. My stunning Italy Posey. I absolutely adore her and she has the most beautiful pink hair. She's closely followed by my Italy Bowtie and Confetti (I only have Italians, ooh, and one Mexican  ).

And what is your nirvana grail?

Oooh... if only I had the moolah.....  German Starshine, German Skydancer and Dutch Diary are at the top of my dream list. Italy Heartthrob might be a little easier to obtain (eventually)!

My first Nirvana was Italian Tickle who I bought by accident because I thought she was the US version. So that was a pretty cool surprise!

My favourite Nirvana in my collection is Blossomscotch because it was pony love at first site. I wasn't really interested in getting a Blossomscotch before but when I saw this one I just loved her. She is the only pony I've ever seen that I had to get "that particular pony", no other Blossomscotch would do.

My Nirvana grail is alt. birthflower Morning Glory because she is my birth month pony and we are both Aussies.

1) continue to expand my small Nightlight and Argie Twilight armies

The first nirvanas I owned were my Indian Minty and Snuzzle, who were given to me by a friend. The first nirvana I bought was Macau Jenny, I saw her auction and just had to have her!

What is your fave nirvana that you own?
Hhm...other than my firsts, I really like my Italian proud pose Moonstone.

And what is your nirvana grail?
My ultimate grails are Greek Sunbeam and Argie brillitos Sprinkles.

Ehm... I love them all but I think my favourite will be Brazil baby Gusty.

My first and only Nirvana is the wonderful Macau Jenny, whom I bought a few months ago. Before I started collecting the G1 ponies, I was browsing Strawberryreef.com and saw her. I just loved her and searched for her for awhile. Finally I found her on eBay and I won her for $8.38!

What is your fave nirvana that you own?
Macau Jenny!  She's also my favorite pony.

And what is your nirvana grail?
Dutch Baby Cat, Spanish piggy Rayito, and Spanish piggy Fresita.
