I would love any info about this horse! She is marked ©1995 EMPIRE IND. INC. CHINA.  I particularly would like to know why she has a hole on her head.

I think she looks like a Dream Beauty. She is obviously a fake though. Here's a size comparision with an actual Dream Beauty.

I don't really have any info to offer about the brand. I think the hole in her forehead might have been for a horn (perhaps she was a unicorn)?

Yes, she should have a horn/jewel there. She's a Fantasy Fillies, same company/molds as Grand Champions. Some of them are quite pricey.

Dont worry When piggie ponies first appear pretty much everyone thought they were fakies as well We all learn as we go.

She is a great find, as others have said these girls can get pricey.
