New Honda Commercials

Honda must really be trying to get the 80s kids.  I recently saw a Honda commercial featuring the original Strawberry Shortcake (and friends).  And just now I saw one with Jem!  I'm excited at the idea that there might be a MLP one.  At least I hope so!

funny story... I work at a Honda dealership and the new Honda Fit commercials have a local tie-in where the guy is related to someone at our dealership. At least I'm pretty sure he is. the email was sent ahead of the commercials so I don't remember the details.
I also have lots of ponies at work...everyone knows I loves my ponies. I didn't know they were doing 80'sish commercials! I saw Gumby and Pokey on some signage...I wonder if they'll do ponies. then I can pretend I had something to do with it...hahahaha

Oh those are cool! I am now hoping for an MLP one as well! Considering how popular in culture, ponies are right now you would think its a possibility.

my cousin in law did the voice of Gumby and Pokey he does lots of anime and video game voices too - like Sasuke (Naruto) and teenage Ben Tennyson (Ben 10). I think he captures Gumby quite well

but Skeletor is my fav (I haven't told him yet lol)

I caught the tiniest glimpse of the Jem one on TV not long ago. I love the Skeletor one best. At least until the make a pony one. Come on, Honda, we NEED a MLP commercial!!!
