Maybe you know from my previous posts that I've never had much luck with second hand shops where I live.
But that all changed today...
I was looking through the charity shops anyway, and I found a bag with 3 G1 babies in! I thought the days of finding those were long over!
So of course I rushed to my computer to ID them, and I have Baby Katie, Baby Rainribbon and Snookums.

They need a bit of cleaning up and I'll post more pics when they're done! This is so exciting because I thought I'd never own G1 ponies.

I've never found G1 ponies in thrift shops either so major congratulations on finally doing it and congratulations on your first G1s. They're so cute too^^

Baby Rainribbon has a spot on her nose that won't come off, but I think it just adds to her character (and she is a very old pony!)

Late to the party but congrats on your lucky find! They look happy to have ended up in pony hands! They also look in pretty decent shape. Rainribbon might be an old pony (about 26 or 27 years old I think?) but Snookums is even older, she's pushing thirty this year!
Of course, now Snookums will be wanting you to find her twin, Sniffles ;) And so it begins. Definitely keep an eye on that charity shop in case the other twin turns up at a separate time.
In my experience G1 ponies (though obviously hard to find these days) are even rarer at charity shops than at other types of sale, so you did really really good. I think the only actual pony I've found in a charity shop was a SHS about six years ago. Most of my G1 finds have been from carboot sales and these days people who still have ponies tend to stick them on ebay...:/
