BBTS SDCC ditzy doo pre orders

any one else ordered her thru BBTS?

my cousin placed an order for on for me, WAAAAY back when  they first put her up on the site.

and so far we have heard nothing, about if she is in stock, or unavalible and they might cancle the order etc. nothing,  so  we have no clue if  this order will  be compleated or cancled.

has any one gotten her from this site? or have there orders been canned?
im curious to know whats going on this this order.   normaly they would have sent some kind of notification by now .... right?

Er, those went up on that site a really long time ago! You should definitely contact them!

They have been on the site since before Comic Con - I actually don't think they ever went live.

Its a bit of a deceptive listing to be honest. These are an exclusive available only at the Fair and at Comic Con as you know. Any which have since been available through sites like BBTS and ToyWiz and ebay have simply been people who purchased them at Comic Con. Its pretty common - you see it even at CC itself, re sellers buy as many as they can and then sell them on in their own booths for 3 or 4 or more times the value of the item at the actual Hasbro stand.

I don't understand why its continuously listed as a Pre Order, I suspect its an attention grabber for the website and likely never to actually be fulfilled.

I think that they leave those preorders and sold outs up so that they will show up in search engine results. For example a new collector wants a Pony figure. They are going to check eBay, Amazon, etc but they are also going to search on Google (or whatever their search engine of choice is). And boom they get the search results and up comes Bigbadtoystore. So they hurriedly click on the link and get greeted with the sold out or in this case preorder sold out message on the page. A lot of online stores will do this to increase traffic to their sites.

hmm,  intresting.
like i said this order was placed when  the item first went up on the site.

we have both gotten other CC excusives from this site in the past,   i got the SDCC exclusive NECA figuers  from there, so  not sure whats up with this order,   i just find it odd that they havent notified us with whats going on with the order yet.

I would drop them a note. It's probably a case of 'didn't get enough to fill the orders' when SDCC was happening.

I wish that she would come for sale again with that lower price. She is going to be one of them ponies that I am pretty sure I will never have. Oh well we cant have everything that we want can we!

I don't. It wouldn't be fair to those of us that stayed up many, many hours, glued to the computer for several days, waiting for her to show up on Hasbro's site. It also wouldn't be fair to anyone who went to SDCC to get her or anyone who paid someone on eBay for one last summer.

I don't want her to because I paid way more than retail to get mine after staying waiting for her to show up online for days (and missing her each time).  So I don't want her to lose value.  But I would love if they made a brushable sized one of her!

if its a case of  "not enough to fill orders" then, by now they SHOULD have sent a notification, and cancled the order,
as they have done with other items in the past,

it seams unusual that nothings happened  one way or the other with this one.
ive asked my cousin to email them, as the order was placed on his account,  * this was way before i made an account there*

soo waiting to here back now i guess.
