So at the sacrifice of my favorite villager, I got the T and T Emporium and Gracie's store.

Oh, and I'll confirm that villagers still use the camping tent even when there are 10 neighbors. I passed 2 or 3 when I was trying to get rid of Violet.

I think you have to get through four successful Fashion Checks from Gracie when she appears in your town (I think she starts showing up after you get the second to last store upgrade).

Well...in the process of time travelling (between tuesday and wednesday) to get my T and T Emporium....she moved.

Speaking of moving villagers, UGH. I spent 2 whole hours time travelling back and forth 2 days, and half of my town wanted to move. But she's still there. Violet. Can't deny, I'm a bit frustrated... I have 10 villagers, and the 3 I want to get rid of continue to stay. I know it's petty, but.... >_>;

You can get them to move by going to Town Hall and saying there are troublesome villagers O.O at least that's what I did

Yup, four fashion checks, have TIY open, and have spent 70,000 bells there before she shows up. She'll show up in your tree plaza.

That doesn't get villagers to move - all it does is "resets" them, in case they moved into your town from someone else that had decided to give them inappropriate things for their saying, or wearing a naughty custom shirt.
