Yes I think Pearl was in love with Rose- I do also think it was unrequited.

I think the Gems can have relationships and love.  Like Garnet.

There are a few Season1 episodes on DVD, but they're not in order and the color transfer seems *really* bad, at least on my copy. All the shades of pink this show is so fond of are all this weird glowy red.

I'm watching Jail Break and I'm at the part where Steven just found out about Garnet being a fusion. And I cried because I've decided that Garnet is just the best~!!
Steven: Well, did I make a good first impression?
Garnet: Oh, Steven, we already love you.

Twilight Pink, since gems can shapeshift you could totally have an animal or animal-person gemsona! I have a gem OC who is a dinosaur person. Ooh, or you could be a corrupted gem and be some kind of cool monster!

Also yeah I think I've been obsessed with this show pretty solidly since I first got into it at the end of Stevenbomb 1. It's like, my thing right now.

That's just what they call it when CN airs a new episode every day for one week, instead of one new episode a week. The first one was in March and its episodes covered the season 1 finale, which was super exciting and made a lot of new people, including myself, start watching!
The second Stevenbomb just happened last week. There's a third one starting on 13th of July!
