Question to US people who have found the 2nd set of Rainbows.

Currently deboxing Tickle.

She has a number on her plastic bubble? 35276. This doesn't seem to match the one on the barcode or the one stamped into her box which are 35250 and 33728ZD respectively. Is this the same for Flutterbye? I am wondering if it has any relevance or is just something for manufacturing and should be ignored? I haven't seen this on a plastic inlay before for the earlier retros (and uni and peg set isn't here yet so I dunno if this is just standard now)

I opened up a Tickle and the first few holes of hair bangs all basically pulled out and were loose. The rest of the head seems fine. Curious if you or anyone else experienced hair problems with Tickle.

Hello, I'm looking for Retro Dolls US hair matching guide, I believe it was once posted here http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,385815.msg1656049.html#msg1656049, bur images long since expired. Does anyone have it saved and could share? In particular I'm looking for a match for fading pink and G2 Sky Skimmer pink.

I think this is what you are looking for.

https://sites.google.com/site/mlphaircolorguide/g1year3

It has all the Dollyhair colors for each pony. Tho it says Galaxy has Sugarberry color in her hair and the hair I ordered and her hair are slightly off. Maybe due to fading, but the other 3 colors were perfect.

Hi, yes, that's my site. The majority of the guide was completed in 2011-2012, and many have reported changes to Dollyhair's colors in that time. That combined with a pony's condition can contribute to mismatching.

That said, I do not currently have matches for Retrodolls' colors, though I plan to eventually. enchantress41580 is the owner of Retrodolls US, which I believe is affiliated with Retrodolls UK. I'm sure she would be happy to help with matches.

Well thank you for putting that site together. It's amazingly helpful and my custom Baby Wizzer looks spot on. That Galaxy was a frizzy hot mess and the body is discolored in some spots, so I'm sure it's fading. She'll get the new hair and Baby Galaxy will look just like her. :)

Future custom babies thank you as well, so I can get them to turn out right. Haha.

Hi my name is Joe or Tex in Ponyland. That's the name I used years ago when I was first around. That's when I wrote the pony soap opera Paradise Estate. I'm 37 and live in SoCal these days. I've been collecting ponies since I was a kid. G1 all the way! I like to think of myself as an OG Brony because I was a male pony lover before the term existed. Haha.

Now with the 35th anniversary I've gotten the pony bug again. I take pix of ponies and do some photoshop and some are comics. May make a full book/story. Check my IG or tumblr - MLP classics.
