Thank you! It was a Mint Fizz Saran and I can't remember if it was Butterfly or Golden Delicious. I think Butterfly. I've been down and out for the count the last few days with another infection and a lot of aura activity (seizure precursors), so I'm kinda forgetful...sorry about that. :blush:

Shen - yep I'm selling the Ballerina (and Magic Star too) - at room temp her hair is pink, unless your house was REALLY warm in the summer. I had to put her infront of our little heater in order to get her hair to change so thoroughly, my house is around 68-70 as well and she's the more "Heart Throb" color pink ;)

I wanted to share my G4 brushable rehairs. To be honest, this was my first go at the G4 color schemes and I'm not 10000% happy with my choices but, I had to go with it... :lol:
So, I have Rainbow-Brite-Dash, with GITD white hair and a stripe with a 7 color rainbow down the sides (don't mind how messy she looks in the 2nd pic, I couldn't get the yellow stripe to show in the mane and was messing with it)...

Hey Cate - if you are lurking and read this, where did you find such lovely colors of yarn? Every place I go lately has been either dark fall colors (which of course, I hope is changing soon now to lighter ones) or very bright like POP colors, but I LOVE the colors you used on your princesses, they're so soft and beautiful! :biggrin:

Last night I rehaired a baby pony using all hair from another donor bait pony whose hair was going to get cut off anyway... All I have to say is "factory length" baby hair is SO SHORT I don't know if I'm gonna like her with such short hair but I went for the normal factory baby length.... eeesh!
I do have on gal to share... this one I kinda stole from TexasGal. She had a lovely Heart Throb that she repainted the hearts and redid the hair dark red... so I had a really baity HT that I had deflocked... her hearts had no wings, but she definitely wanted the makeover, so I also repainted her hearts red, and did her hair in a two color blend of Cherry Pie and Vampire Kiss. So, she's not an exact replica, but, I really loved the look of hers, so I had to make my own. ;)

I used the tutorial WingsofMasquerade posted ages ago. Though it did not work out nearly as well for me, and I would suggest doing the hair in smaller strips instead of trying to do one large one. wish I could have made her mane thicker, but there is only so much neck room in there!
After running out of tiny ponies to rehair, I tackled a Gusty.
This is that Euro one without the glitter, I had originally planned to do regular Gusty colors but SLH with tinsel, but...the purple leaves were just too inspiring.

The exterior row is bougainvillea , the interior row is hotlips. Stripe is regular V.Snow.
It gives a sort of surprise undercurrent for any curl or flip.

I just love the way Baby Paws looks with black hair. I don't know who actually did the rehairing, but he was purchased from TSU. I didn't even want a Baby Paws until I saw this guy!

Those puff ponies are amazing! I decided to try rapuzeling Sugarberry. She had a short bob before, and had been sitting in my sales bin forever, so I figured I'd try something new.

These guys are my faves. Their resistance to pony diseases is also a huge appeal. To add to the Skyrocket rehair, here comes Star Dancer #1. She has 1 row in red/burgundy, the other in yellow. Because one of her stars was rubbed off, I painted it back in with gold.

The seabreeze in purple...I would not have thought that would have worked. But it does! She is lovely! So unexpected, yet still tropical.
I do love to stalk this thread! The rehaired sparkle ponies are gorgeous, as is the Princess Taffeta and long-haired Sugarberry! I finally have one of my own with her G4 "sister". I have been meaning to rehair her like Baby Pineapple for a long time; when I finally had her done I realized that I must really love this color combo when I put her next to the Princess Gold Lily (think that's her name) I bought myself for Christmas!

I especially love the symbol. I also love that type of ice cream. That's so cool to think of, and it looks great on her too. This one's a great way to combine 3 favorite things: ice cream, rainbows & pony. I would love to see this Sundae Best set once it is completed! (I'm working on one as well, slowly)

I found him with a chunk of his tail an orangey-blonde. I thought somehow the previous owner's hair (or maybe their pet's?) somehow got tangled up in it. But he was full of rust, so I guess it somehow discolored his hair...He's rehaired with DH's Peach Cobbler, and Lucky Clover for the stripe.

Well, I just finished Hearth Throb just in time for Valentine :lovey: , I repainted her symbols in lavender and this is the first time I use 4 colors in a repair, the poor girls has some scratches on the plastic in her face, body and wings but she is still a cutie

That blend of blues IS subtle!
Is one of them a new 'brilliant' type color? I have wanted to try it. Peachy livens up a lot with blue. Razzaroo is also fun with her puffy hair, she needs/deserves a fun element like that.

It took forever to do. I debate adding a punched stripe of color change later when I get the $ to order the expensive change hair. The frost white with her dark color is just really appealing to me for whatever reason, probably contrast.

I chose the Sundae Best ponies because they're pretty easy to get a hold of with bad haircuts and such to rehair. I also love scented ponies & their ice cream theme.

Peppermint Crunch used Dragonfly the new dollyhair color. Banana surprise got banana colored hair. Sherbet is very grape, she looks wintery for some reason. Cocoberry is lots of fun & she still smells.
I am very happy to finally have these guys completed. (Thanks to Clipper for helping me with baits!)
I would def. do another whole group of alt hairs with a new theme.
