I commissioned Assassin Kitty to make a Cyber Windy and paid via Payal on 18 April 2012.
She completed her, PM'ed me and made a post here on 4 May 2012. I have not had any reply to my PMs since.

I was worried they were not going through. Had that problem when the Arena first moved.
