so now GameLoft isn't even trying to help me restore lost progress.

they keep asking me to contact them on the old phone, which I've repeatedly told them I NO LONGER HAVE. i tell them this.
they reply again with contact them on the second device, and give them a friend code and stuff.. and i'm all I DONT HAVE IT.

and Does the Game no longer connect to facebook'?

  No that went away  a while back , maybe last year on of their updates

actually when they got the friend codes system , the FB and Gameloft friends went away .

I got Caballeron Pony , But I keep fat fingering on stuff , I lost 68 gems while ago, I skipped on some pony to play ughh and then I was in the Balloon Game and fat fingered the 50 gems play  OMG  LOL
that is why i will never pay for gems, keep loosing them argghhhh

I snagged an extra 50 gems by replaying the first two "chapters" of this event before it ended.  Added to the 25 I got the first time the event ended plus some really lucky changelings/corruption/parasprite/bat/balloon pops, I'm up over 100 gems from this!

I'm unbanned! The contest was over but somehow I still got Concierge pony and I hadn't lost any progress in the game itself, just the contest and two weeks of play.

I played too i spent all 60 gems i had and won 2 ponies , Lazy Fan and wild fan , was wishing  for Celestia

I burned 100 gems* and got four ponies out of it. :O Good prices. Then I noticed Lilac Links was available for 36 gems so I got her too.

*More than 100, because I won some in the process, but I ended up about 100 down from where I started.

The new Gem code is SPRING, so there's 20 free Gems right there. 

Is anyone else's game letting them watch 4 videos for Gems now?  It used to be two but for the last few days has let me go up to 4 and gives me a Gem each time.  ????

Yes , I have watched up to 4 videos for gems now too

I spent the 20 gems of the code  on more chances for ponies on the balloon game and won Zesty Gourmand

I finished the Crystal Empire questline!

Getting enough buttons for Rainbow Dash's outfit took forever. Getting 15 magic shards somehow took even longer.
