I play too. I know this is most likely a stupid question, but how does one get those little heart-crystal thingies? I can't figure out how...

That's the friendship hearts, right? You get them when your friends send them to you, or leave chests in your town! You can send hearts to your friends by going to the drop-down sidebar on the right and hitting the 'social' button, it should bring up a screen with the folks you've added as friends, with an option to 'gift all' at the top.

OH I forgot, to pick up the hearts your friends send you, in the social tab, hit the 'inbox' icon at the bottom of the list, and then 'accept all' at the top!

Its been over 24 hours and I haven't even received an email with a ticket number. I wonder how long it might be before I hear from Gameloft. I am still playing the game on my old phone until I hear from them. I'd like to keep building and saving before the transfer. lol

Have you downloaded the app on your new phone yet? I'm pretty sure if you sign in it will prompt you to restore from your progress. Worth a try while you wait for a response.

I did download the app. And I opened it. But I didn't see a prompt like that. I only saw a referral prompt. I wonder if I fat fingered right by it. If I don't hear from gameloft soon I might just delete and redownload to the new phone and look for that prompt.

It's driving me nuts that I can't remember how I did it. I have an iPhone if that makes a difference, maybe it was in my cloud.

Well I got a facebook representative to respond to me. They had me fill out the same exact form I did the other day. I'm hoping that this one will work, and I'll get to transfer my game today. I want to start to try to win that pony in the cart mini game, but I am worried that if I start, it won't come through on the game transfer.

That festival storyline is a pain, most quests take more than a day to fulfill.

I hear you on that! I really hope they're not done with that yet, though I hope if there are any other ponies that it won't be as insane as the last few.  The last quest was just impossible.  I wonder if there will be any second chances to get the traveling ponies that we missed?

I got Mrs shy at the end , paid the 200 gems for the new shop and now she is in Ponyville.

Oh no, does Mrs. Shy expire!? I only FINALLY got the rubber duckies finished for her, but I'm still short gems to buy the strawberry shop... D:

I'm hoping we get second chances with the other ponies....but I hope we don't have to start at the beginning. There are some where I was only missing one or two items.
