Gameloft won't help me or look in to my issue unless I fill out the form attached to the game. I tried doing that last night but I always get stuck on the carrier because I have Internet through my cable and it's not listed.

Well I tried using the in game form again but this time it got stuck on how you get the game (App Store Google Play etc..) and wouldn't let me select anything.

I really want Starlight Glimmer but I didn't have the $20 in my Google Play that it cost to get her yesterday.

So I tried to update my game (was prompted to on the main screen) but now...it doesn't load at all. My screen is just black. I've put so much work into this game

anyone have a fix? It doesn't appear to load up at all
