I don't Windows 8 (don't plan on getting it from what I've heard) but I can tell you right now that its not worth the struggle to find a mobile phone game cheat, especially for this game. I know, I tried.
If you find a link/ download for the "cheat" do NOT trust it...you could be downloading crap for all you know. Someone even posted a vid on YouTube on "how to do the MLP Gameloft cheat/hack" and the weird thing is comments were disabled. Shady, is it not? If I'm gonna try out a cheat/mod/hack I wanna see people's feedback to figure if it has worked out for them or not.

Please don't take what I said the wrong way. But I'm just telling you from what I've experienced on my world wide hunt for the MLP game hack. Again, its not worth it. And I think Gameloft has been cracking down on cheaters :/

And most cheats I know of aren't illegal. Like EA and Sims for example. Throughout its whole Sims life ,EA always had that fancy CtRL, Shift, C cheat. If it were an issue, they would've removed that a LOOOOONG time ago IMO.
Along with DS action replays. Nintendo wouldn't make it if they didn't want people cheating/moding/hacking the games.

Well I've got the windows version phone game, I cant connect it to gameloft for special goodies, I cant even add friends from Facebook, just wanting tips on more efficient gameplay, I've already wasted money getting gems, dont want to spend any more

I guess gameloft disabled the social part for US players. Thaysvwhy we dontbhave a fbor add friends option. That stinks bc I just got back into the game and was hoping to aass friendsndrom this board.

I updated my game and now everytime when I try to start it up it crashes. I use Android btw.

Made the mistake of giving my phone to my little cousins.  Oh my poor gems...  On a different note, does anyone know if you can win shops through the dancing minigame?  I'd love to get some of the more expensive ones that way, haha.

Nope and you can only win the first bunch of ponies too (including shining armor), I got them all and now, all I can get is ponds
I had hopes to get granny smith and other expensive ponies but it's not possible.

Did anyone else win Suri in the apple picking challenge? It looks like Discord is coming soon to the game. Does anyone know who all the heart ponies are? My game is only showing two heart ponies that I haven't gotten yet.

How are hearts still available if Gameloft removed the Friend's attribute from the game?

I get them from the automatic Gameloft friends. Rainbow Dash, Princess Celestia, Princess Cadance etc...

no, but I already had her so I got gems instead and I have all the heart ponies now, so I can only use the hearts on the prize game.
