Mine bugged out and ate 11 hearts, but also last night it bugged out to let me buy the Balloon Pop ponies for gold instead of trying to win them.

! Woe. Report it to GameLoft and tell them about the bug? Starting again is rough but at least now you know the tips and tricks to make it go faster and progress more?

Well, luck would have it that while out shopping for Christmas I stopped to eat at Arby's (I didn't even know Arby's had free wifi) but yay! It magically fixed itself when I was able to get hooked up to the wifi.

And I was finally able to accept some hearts that friends had sent me.

I don't have wifi all the time but folks can add me to they're game if they want to. I'm KarentheUnicorn on gameloft

Rest be assured that Kindle Fires aren't the only tablets having this issue. The last iOS version of the app also more or less do the same thing with the first-gen iPad (a hard crash that can only be fixed by reinstalling the app. But guess what happens when you reinstall....)

Is it just me, or is it more difficult to find "the pony in the box" with the new update? She seems to disappear from the town after finding her 3 times...
(The bright side is, I've been finding gems from her 2/3 of the time now )

I'm not sure anyone has mentioned this yet, but when you use shards on activated harmony stones, they have a chance to give out gems!

Also, after watching several ads, I finally got enough gems to buy Rarity! Now I should be able to continue the questline for a good while

Cadence, I find the opposite.  Ditzy is everywhere for me since the update.  Sometimes I get 2 or 3 at the same time.  It's weird.

The update has made it almost impossible for me to visit people now.  It crashes the game 4 out of 5 people I try.

Where do you find the watch-ads-for-gems button? I'm on an iPad 1, so I guess it's possible they won't let me do it. At this point I'm level 60 and trying to get gems and Twilight's shards - I have two more heart ponies, and the rest cost me gems.

I haven't seen anyone mention this but I bought Soarin for bits when I put my game in Airplane Mode at one point. I don't know if it was a coincidence in timing or it's a benefit to Airplane Mode. How has everyone else gotten him? There's at least one or two other items I've gotten in Airplane Mode that I'm pretty sure cost gems in regular mode. I think the Celestia statue is one of them; I bought one today since I'm just collecting money at this point.

I didn't see Drama Pony for at least three days running, and then saw her twice within a minute this afternoon. Go figure.

I just got a hand-me-down ipad2 for christmas so i'm finally able to play this app! It was really glitchy on my mum's android tablet

In regards to the new update: I`m maxed out at level 60 right now but has anyone else been having a problem loading the daily gem giveaway.  I haven`t been able to access them and I also don`t get free daily bonuses either anymore.  I`m glad the balloon pop and drama pony give out more gems now.  Getting Fancy Pants and Rainbow Dash actually seems possible now.

I got about 60+ gems since the update thanks to ads, daily bonus, heart balloon pop, Pony, and parasprites. And this is WITHOUT time traveling.
