To me... she looks like a #5 ponytail Barbie (she should be marked Barbie on her bottom)… later dolls will be marked Barbie & Midge on the bottom.
She is from about 1961-63. She could be cleaned up a bit and is probably worth $50 - $65 U.S. assuming she has no green discoloration on her ears from the metal posts in her earrings.
The dress she is wearing is called Friday Night Date.

Now onto her description:
some strands in her hair are shorter.. layered like (dont know if they have been cut or are supposed to be like that)
Hair is dry... kinda crunchy lol
no missing plugs and hair is still pink. Small purple dot near blow hole.
Head turns easily (not glued down any more.)
No missing or scratched eye paint.
Fin paint on left side great!
Scuffed paint on right side to 3 fins (hard to notice.)
Pink mark on left side near tail (see pics.)
Ever so slight discoloration to base of tail (so hard to see.)
Display`s nicely!

Green Shell: only thing to mention is that suction cup has some marks on it I could not get out.
Otherwise nice.
