I have th perfect thing to display ponies on that shows them all off very well and doesn't take up to much space! I use wooden multi shelf CD shelves. They only stick out about 4 inches from the wall and they hold lots of ponies! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnyway, that is a picture of 2 of the CD shelves side by side and I also actually have the shelves sitting on my daughters dresser. I have an other one that is taller sitting on the floor. And I just bought another one for out computer room and I should be able to stack one more on top of it and it will just fit from floor to ceiling. I have been buying this paticular one at Big Lots stores for $40. But I'm sure you may be able to find other ones in other stores. Let me know what you think.
These pictures are outdated, since I just have my LPS on the shelves and not my MLPs, but I thought I'd post them anyway to show the shelving that I use. I bought some inexpensive pantry cabinets at Target (the small ones are around $25 each, I think?), and what I like best about them is that they have doors, which keep dust off my collection.I've also started to use spice shelves to display ponies in my cabinets, since they create a nice tiered effect. I have some wire shelving inserts as well, which are stackable and just the right height for ponies. I'll try to get some updated pictures soon!visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login
Risers are KEY!!I cant stand having ponies being blocked, I must see thier faces and symbols I use all kinds of things.... empty boxes, 2x4s, 4x4s (lumber), decks of cards, pieces of styrofoam...and then usually i cover it up with a piece of material (sheet, table cloth etc)here are some pics of my collection at its peek visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login
