Hello!
I'm so glad to finally join LOL I've been lurking for years... ;)
My fave toys when I was a kid were my MLPs and Barbies.
First pony: Parasol
Barbie: Pink and Pretty
I still have many of my childhood toys and have actively collected since I was a teen.
I also started collecting LPS when I was a teen while I was working retail in a toy department. I actually spent almost all of my paychecks on toys... Lots of early 90s toys.... (And I have most of those still too LOL)
Back then I wanted to grow up and own a specialty toy store with a focus on vintage toys :)
Instead I grew up to sell vintage clothes (close, right?) and just hoard/collect vintage toys hahaha!!!
I like MH and have bought some for myself when I started buying them for my girls. :)
My 10 year old is SOOOOOO into MLP right now- makes my heart smile. Inherited my collecting gene, I suppose.

I always wanted to work in a toy story when I first started working. Sadly it was not to be, however I now run a second hand store with my brother and we have gone into a side-line of vintage toys. It's a great way to get to know other toy and pony fans!
We have a lot of MH fans here also and I'm sure you will enjoy meeting them all in the Dollhouse forum :frolic:
