Question about how to restore my Sparkler..

To see what she currently looks like, I'm about to go condition her hair so I havent combed out the mess she calls a mane.
 
To repaint her colors, I want to use acrylics, but not 100% what to use.. She's going to be in my collection anyways, she wont be resold. But I dont want her to look any different especially with the marks on her face. This is why I originally picked her for bait.
