To trade a loose GB Draculaura for a loose Howleen with her stock? (Basically just what she's wearing).
I want to know if this would be a fair trade before I even bother trying?

Nope, not a fair trade at all. GB Lala is common and relatively inexpensive, Howleen is part of an hard to find exclusive set and $35 minimum.
Also, you might want to ask questions like this in the general catch all Monster High thread, it gets more views.
