So results like that last image above are from paper towel and regular curlers, not the gimmicky kind? Looks great.Hm I have a lot of trouble getting hair to stay grouped right as I wind around my curlers, so hard to hold onto and control...I bet paper towels would resolve that...great tip, I will try it. Thanks!Yes there is one scene where the male hero meets the princess and the pegasus and hears they are sisters and he says to the princess "Yes I see the resemblance" basically calling Barbie's character "horseface" which was pretty funny. Someone tell me it's Ok to slide down the slippery slope of animated kids movies into enjoying Barbie movies too...I'm not sure it's OK but did enjoy watching it...then at the end they do a bunch of fake out-takes that are also pretty funny. You just gotta see what happens to the bad guy in the end...it's just so good...Probably NOT ok to watch, haha....oh well I need to go curl up with my pony toys now.
Thanks duenia! How are those Tinkerbell movies anyway, I only know the original Peter Pan. In that case, I really like the baby polar bear who oogles at the princess wear and trappings and quietly says oooooo and aaaaaahhh and spaaaaaaarkle etc. I think I'm the polar bear.Back on topic (sorry OP!) I see your curler method on the top of last page. I'm going to try that! your results are just awesome.

Thank you , I however never done the boiling curls yet , i'm afraid of damaging their hair to be honest.I have watched all the Barbie movies and the Disney movies LOL I'm stuck with Mia and Me Unicornia, I'm so close to cave in for those toys as well , but their tail prevent me to do so and their prices too LOL

Making me want to collect them too!!! lol. They are gorgeous. I have Sun Runner, Rose Bud and Blizzard from my childhood. They are in storage so this is motivating me to clean them up and style them when I get them unpacked. I have to comment on the Mia and Me unicorns, I bought 2 for my nieces last year for Christmas and they are STUNNING! I want them all for myself too but they are so expensive. The tails didn't bother me in person.
I have not come across this horse ,It does look like the new design that I don't think look as good as the vintage ones .there are so many that look nice and all ,but the eyes on this one I do not favor them .I guess I'm stuck with the 80s,90s and early 2000s designs .I was only interested on the Classic Arabian pose when I first started, but some others have come with horses I want and some I have kept, others go to the nephew LOL If this one came in a lot I would keep it for sure, but I wouldn't look for her, the moving legs are a very cool feature I must say, the motorized horse High Stepper that I just added are very nice, I love that walking horse, I might add the other one Tawny , I like that their face design is still a natural horse not as stylized as this one.
Yes I am certain that is the correct Pegasus from that movie; the bell around her neck is a gift from the lady (forget her name) in the city in the clouds with the Pegasi and the princesses use it to call on her for help.Don't know who the tan Pegasus is, Chelsea do you have it still? They would go together well as you have both the poseable one and the one with the non-jointed legs.
STOP IT with the Mia and Me unicorns, I finally googled them and now I want them too:https://www.google.com/search?q=mia+and+me+unicorn&biw=1200&bih=887&tbm=isch&imgil=H9q8tCJ50exR-M%253A%253Ba2JEBjR3Z7B9oM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.mia-and-me.com%25252Fus%25252Fcentopia-lexicon%25252Fcreatures%25252Funicorns%25252F&source=iu&pf=m&fir=H9q8tCJ50exR-M%253A%252Ca2JEBjR3Z7B9oM%252C_&usg=__bBZ80IC-TwjAeUnlRKlkZ0A1Yzg%3D&ved=0ahUKEwi8h4r-p_DRAhUL7GMKHQtiATMQyjcILA&ei=OpKSWLyCFIvYjwOLxIWYAw#imgrc=H9q8tCJ50exR-M:I see what you mean about the tail, kinda Zecora but much more so...I likey...Speaking of tails, is that horse above's tail split by some sort of accessory that came with the horse or is that your touch?Barbie has everything! even a horse to match her ski outfit...but is there a Barbie horse ski lift so the horse can ski with her ? HA finally SOMEthing she doesn't have, har har. Probably has ice skates for her horse though I am guessing...
I had that skiing Barbie too!! lol. My Barbies are long gone but I'm so happy I kept the horses. Yours are so beautiful, I'm really enjoying all the photos. I had no idea there were so many.
There are so many wonderful old Barbie horses! I love Blizzard especially, but that is still because I always wanted her during my childhood and never got her. The acc. back then were dreamy too. The horses today aren't as beautiful as back then in my opinion!
