Thanks for sharing ponylady. Gives me a little more to think about. Even though I want to just forget and move on from this whole situation I know I need to stay on the PO. The problem I am having up there now is with the manager. She is consistently avoiding me. She keeps taking my name and number telling me she is going to call back and then of course nothing. I feel like the only way I am going to get anything out of this is to go over her head because she seems determined not to do her job.
