I am holding out hope. Disney owns Marvel and The Avengers and many of the other super hero movies have come out on their watch. If they keep a hands off approach like they do with Marvel and keep Lucas out of the new stuff, it could end up being really good.

He's retiring - and half that 4.04 billion was in Disney Stock - which will pay him dividends anyways if star wars does well.

I heard about this and am loving all the funny pictures people are spreading around. I could see this coming and only hope they use their powers wisely for future movies/etc. 

And after watching the Avengers last night again...all I can think is "I want Firefly " I'm on a one-track thought process........
