Well it’s been calm and not too exciting for the past few days.  My visitors helped Mom and I with a crossword puzzle. (Well, Cameo did.  Silverspell just walked all over the Jumble.)

But today we went out into the backyard to play.  C:  Here they are, lined up on my back porch railing, which is on the second story…very nice view for a three-foot-high pony:

Then they played in Mom’s plants and the planters I was drying out for the garage sale:

I think Cameo looks nice. 

Silverspell’s hair held her back a bit in the long grass, but it looked cool:

They both wanted a shot with the flower bushes in the back…peonies, I think. I’ll have you know that I braved ants for this shot—they like the plants and crawl all over the unopened buds.    And it took a while to get them balanced.  But—the shots were worth it!  And no ponies were attacked by ants.  (Nor was I, for that matter.)

Of course before we went in, Silverspell had to play on the clothesline.  I’m still not sure how she got up there.

Actually, it was Kanekelon hair from Dollyhair I think. I think it was the Koffee Brown color. I think I was just desperately trying to match a shade of brown when I ordered it and wasn't paying attention to what it was made from, I may order more for other projects, it's sooooooo soft. It does NOT want to curl though.


Oh, I forgot to say that yes, her horn is sculpted, but I'm not worried about it too much. Easy to fix.

Cool, on both counts.  And I can see it being a bitch to curl lol  But it feels cool!

Princess, Cameo can't wait to visit down-under! Did we decide on late September? Man, I am already mixing things up. I can't wait for all the ponies to visit here too Cameo may need a personal assistant to keep track of her schedule.

Big day today!  It was the second day of my garage sale, and my guests wanted to help.  Well, Silverspell wanted to help (especially with the toys) and Cameo wanted to make sure everything was in order.  Here are a few pics of them.

Cameo by the jewelry and Silverspell by the toys…no surprises there, right?  And then a pose on a rat cage.  ( I didn’t tell them it once housed a rat.)

So after the garage sale, we went to the Old Market…there was an event at the Orpheum Theater, also, which is in the same area, and someone had had a wedding, so the Market was crowded.  But that’s okay.  There were all sorts of cool things.    Mom helped me with a lot of the pics…she’s the lovely lady posing with your ponies!

We stopped at Subway first, to enjoy some food.  Silverspell stole some of my sandwich, and Mom shared her soda with Cameo.

 Then we were off!  Beneath an apocalyptic sun, we explored the market.  (Doesn’t that look like an apocalyptic or post-apocalypse sun?  )  All brick roads in the Old Market!  And  quick pose by a loading door:

A fun bookstore, a neat bench area, and…pony meets horse!  Neither one wanted to get too close to these carriage horses—and I don’t blame them! I don’t think either of them has ever seen a full-sized horse before.  They could have eaten them in one bite!

Ah, the Old Market Passageway—an indoor hallway that leads to several shops, and which has tables to sit at…very cool.

The French Café is no more, I’m afraid.  D:  It was an Old Market fixture!  It did not have gourmet food—but it was a fun, haute-cuisine sort of atmosphere.  It was a very affordable place, it just looked fancy.  But the sign is still there.

Here they are posing by what we call a Jane Doe statue…you saw these all over the place a few years ago—not sure exactly what the project was, but it seems everyone got this vague female shape to work with, and made works of art with them.  They were called Jane Does.  Some are still around:

Now we’re all tired!  Off Silverspell goes to sleep in Pumbaa’s mouth, and Cameo to curl up on a couch cushion.  I am going to take a shower, relax, and then go to bed…I still have one more day for the garage sale!

Awwww, what a fun day! Too bad I didn't send Cameo more $, she probably would have bought those cute, dangly earrings.
That's ok about the blurry pic, you had your priorities straight we had a really windy day here too.
She wouldn't be afraid of a pet rat, her nerves are pretty solid, she also loves spooky things. But you were right, she had never seen a horse. My dog is part horse though lol

Ah!  Well then I'll have to tell her about my rats.    Though they weren't spooky.  Matthias was a sweetie, and Rusty was just hyper. 

Those earrings were...not quite her size.    Is your dog a Great Dane?
