May 11, 2012Big day today! It was the second day of my garage sale, and my guests wanted to help. Well, Silverspell wanted to help (especially with the toys) and Cameo wanted to make sure everything was in order. Here are a few pics of them.

loginSo after the garage sale, we went to the Old Market…there was an event at the Orpheum Theater, also, which is in the same area, and someone had had a wedding, so the Market was crowded. But that’s okay. There were all sorts of cool things.
Mom helped me with a lot of the pics…she’s the lovely lady posing with your ponies!
We stopped at Subway first, to enjoy some food. Silverspell stole some of my sandwich, and Mom shared her soda with Cameo.

loginA fun bookstore, a neat bench area, and…pony meets horse! Neither one wanted to get too close to these carriage horses—and I don’t blame them! I don’t think either of them has ever seen a full-sized horse before. They could have eaten them in one bite!

loginThe French Café is no more, I’m afraid. D: It was an Old Market fixture! It did not have gourmet food—but it was a fun, haute-cuisine sort of atmosphere. It was a very affordable place, it just looked fancy. But the sign is still there.
