I've been looking for this for years so I thought I'd have a go at posting something here. I am after the Mommy/Mummy charm that came with the mail order point, Sweet Scoops (I have the larger pony). At this point I'm willing to buy at a high price.

Such a well done costume! Honestly I think this may be my favourite of any My Little Pony costume I've ever seen.
Most importantly, though, your daughter looks like she had a real blast!

Congratulations! She's so beautiful and those barrettes are just to die for.

I will make a full list later, but what I am really after at the moment is the Mommy/Mummy Charm that came with the mail order "Sweet Scoops" pony. I've been trying to track this down for some time so I'd be willing to pay a pretty decent price for this if anyone has one to sell.

They're so adorable that I couldn't bare to eat them if it were me!

These are too, too divine!
I know for one that I would definitely be interested in commissioning you to do something like this.
Really great work!

Griffin: My favourite thing about these blank ponies is how the white base makes everything else stand out. I can't wait to do more!
MercuryStar: Thanks! There's still a lot of room for improvement, but the painting went better than I had expected.
jupiternwndrlnd: Mmm...steak. You know, I actually can't even remember the last time I ate steak!
hyenacub: I'm glad you asked! I'll try to keep this brief...but the basic concept is: "Meet-Cute" is a screenwriting term referring to the moment, generally in a romantic comedy, when two characters meet in a cute or amusing way (often involves some sort of humorous understanding). My pony, "Meat-Cute" is the daughter of an actress named "Ingenue" and a stallion named "Sweetmeats" who works in craft services. They met one day on set under circumstances that I have not yet decided on (but you better believe they'll be cute/humorous!) and decided to name their daughter after this meeting...but using the spelling from Sweetmeat's name. TA-DA!
And if you think THAT story is convoluted and a bit of a stretch... just wait until I tell you about Meat-Cute's cousin, "Prime Cut"!
ShugarGlider: Oh cool, I haven't seen that picture...I'll have to look it up! I think I was inspired by looking at too much Mark Ryden and Junko Mizuno art.

NoDivision: Heehee, I'm glad you like the name! I figure her parents were in show business...possibly working in craft services? rybett: Izrabeth: Thank you! In my family, we always say that "weird" is a compliment, so I guess she'll fit right in at my home :-) Colorscapesart: Woops! Thanks for putting that warning up. As a bug fan of horror movies, games and books I sometimes forget that blood is something a lot of people are not comfortable with. I'm glad you liked the ribs. After I painted them I didn't really like them and was worried people wouldn't be able to identify them...so just the fact that you were able to recognise them as ribs is a compliment! kaoskat: Thanks! I've been sitting on the idea of a meat pony for AGES and I'm so glad I finally did it. A friend actually gave me an idea for another pony to make as friend for Meat-Cute...so hopefully I'll get on that soon!

Good job doing all those stripes on such a small pony! I've only done one custom myself, but it seems to me like the G4s would be pretty hard to work with.

Just lovely! I'm particularly impressed with how you replaced the twinkle-eyes with glass doll eyes. A clever and elegant solution!

My first attempt at a custom toy! I had a few friends around and we all sat around eating cupcakes, drinking sparkling wine and painting My Little Ponies. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSo this is mine. Her name is "Meat-Cute" and she was made by painting with acrylics on a blank G3 My Little Pony from Hasbro. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAlthough she didn't turn out as spectacularly as I pictured in my head, she certainly turned out a lot better than I expected, so I'm quite pleased. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI think the t-bone steak is my favourite part... visitors can't see pics , please register or login...but the ham turned out pretty okay, too. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginA few weeks ago I actually made a string of sausages out of Fimo and embroidery thread to hang around her neck...but it has been temporarily misplaced. When I find it I'm planning on making a whole butcher shop filled with accessories for her...because every girl loves accessories! Because this is my first custom, I'd certainly appreciate any feedback I could get. Cheers!
