How long does one normally wait before leaving appropriate feedback in these cases?

I think I read that after a month from the shipping deadline, if there has been no contact, you can leave appropriate feedback.

Officially the only two who are still waiting on a package, ie,  we havent't received anything yet, are Yuru and I.


However, 2 other people are waiting on replacement boxes due to not being happy with their original package.

I think the swap will be removed after Kiwi gets word that it is officially completed since she was the Mod who approved it.

Just a note - people can be cleared from a swap before the whole thing is complete. The only requirement is that the package has been received by their partner (and obviously that it's after the shipping date - no super early shipping just to get cleared).

However we don't follow each swap piece-by-piece to see who is cleared - it's up to the hosts to let us know officially. Swap threads can be wrong, not updated, and each has a different tracking method (if any) in the first post. That's why we wait on the host to let us know. So it's really up to the host whether they clear people throughout the swap or whether they wait until it's completely over - we have swaps that do both methods.
