In the event that someone doesn't come through...Are there any volunteers to make a replacement swap box?

I sure hope that doesn't happen.  I was actually worrying about my two boxes getting lost and what it would cost to redo one. 

If someone doesn't come through, I will be glad to help out.  But I would hope we could pool together a few people to put it together so that no one person has to do the whole box them self.

I think its more in custom swaps...I got jipped a few times in them and aparently one of my customs never made it to canada either

Everyone WILL get a box, even if I have to pay it myself, although I am hoping no one does go MIA

Yes as there is no way to tell if they really did go MIA or just not visiting the forums much. I have seldom posted on the ones in the past but did check in ever few weeks...The only reason I am here 24/7 is because I was laid off till things pic back up again next month. In other words, I have no life

I know $25 and $40 is alot, especially when you will not be getting something in return and money dosen't grow on trees.

  I don't get how people would sign up to this, have a partner put time and effort in to making an amazing box for them then not reciprocate (long word for me). I would hope that they would be in contact if they were having problems.  But like tiki says everyone will get a box. 

but if it happens I do not mind doing another one for someone. if they are in the $25 section or even going in as a shared partner for the $40.

sorry you got layed off (even if it is temp)  and don't worry Tiki I am sure that we can cause some trouble find something for you to do until you get back to work. lol just think of it as a long holiday.

I love unwrapping things so I tend to wrap just about everything in hopes that mine arrives like that too. Although i understand that suipping is a beast xD

0.o guess i thought we wrapped the extras too.
though most of my "extras" are close to list items.
not exactly spot on, but hopefully my partner will like them.
if not. they're extras. a win win for me

I put something in a box with bubble wrap to give it some protection & make it easier to wrap. I'm just slapping on the ounces. I'm trying to figure out which shipping route is the best way to go.

shockponie I think I'm gonna do a flat rate box.  It came out cheaper for me. But I am not sure.  The box is looking a little bloated.
