Kinder Surprise Eggs are made from the same company that makes Kinder Chocolate. The "Eggs" are an egg-shaped chocolate with a hollow center that has enough room for a capsule (the capsule has a toy/trinket in the center of it.) They are banned in the US and the UK because kids kept eating the toys with the chocolate.

But those are the BEST!!! I had a friend who lived in Mexico for a few years and I would go down and visit her and we always got those :]. Although in Mexico they are call Kinder Sorpresa.

They are really popular here in Canada (you can even get them at the dollar store.) but safe to say I was a little mad when I got home and my fiancee told me about the bannings of them.
