My son wants to put something in the box.  Do you care if he draws a picture or puts a little car in there or something?  He is 2 and he is at that age where he wants to do whatever I do.  The last swap I did I let him put a picture in and now he thinks he gets to help with all my swaps.

I ended up with about $30 in merch, $10 in extras, and one handmade item of ? value.

That is so sweet of your son that he wants to help with a gift for others.  I would love something from him, what a lovely sentiment. 

As for the price, I did go over but not as much as I could have.  I was very lucky to get some smoking deals on things. 

I did just spend a wee bit more money cause I found an awesome uber-random thing for my partner's box.

Trying to figure out how to wrap all these odd shaped and round items! I see a lot of tissue paper and gift bags in my future.
I think I'm almost done shopping.  Found 2 things today for my $40 partner, and I want one more thing for my $25 partner.  Almost all the items are so small, it doesn't seem like much, even though I've already gone over the minimum.

Good for you!  Don't worry about the small items, you know what they say: good things come in small packages.    We may have addressed this before, but your partner will know that the things are small and the value placed in them.

i spent a little more, cuz a few items are not up to my standards and became extras. sigh.
but i hope my partner will still love and accept these quirky extras anyway.

I don't remember if it said we could send out early or not? I remember it being discussed. If we are international would it be okay to send out a week or two early? I think it would be cool if everyone got their boxes around the same time.

I think someone said that after the middle of march was acceptable as a good time to ship. (but don't hold me to it) i am posting international too so ~i think it will take about a week for my box to get to my partner. umm will see I might post it and put do not open until a certain date on it 

But I think we could do with a definite date and are do we need to post that we have posted??

The original shipping date was the middle of march but someone asked to change it till the end of march, but they decided not to join

The deadline is still the same - last week of march.
People were asing for an "earliest they can ship date" and that is what the other date is.

I haven't gotten anything for my $40 partner yet, so no need to worry. We still have over a month to figure it all out
