Ren fair: Not terribly interested in that right now, I'm more interested in my own collections and souvenirs from where people live!

Rosierjay, that sucks! I think I would say something to the seller. Just nicely tell them that their packaging left marks on the item, just to let them know. I would be pretty upset about that (why wouldn't you think of that and put the item in a ziplock bag or something!) but maybe it was an honest mistake? Still sucks though!

Question! Do you like stationary items of your collections? For example, if you collect a certain animal would you like a notebook or something with that animal on it?

To answer: yes! Although I have a lot of journals and notebooks already that I don't really use

So, not sure if this is really a good idea or not...

Heck yeah! I used to go to Ren Fest every year in Michigan. Loved it.

Absolutely. I love stationery, I can never have enough of it. If it has something I love on it, even better!

No thank you. Only because I go to them myself and most of the vendors are the same (they travel).

I don't mind a few stationary items with the animals I like. We can always used extra stuff for notes and shopping lists around the house.

Renaissance fair: Oh, these things have some really fun stuff! I wish I had more money when I went to one. The artwork someone was selling was just phenomenal. They had some 'realistic' furry-like art with cats. Like a black cat in Egyptian garb. It was awesome.
If you see anything unique that you think would make a good extra, I will certainly take it. I love knickknacks.

up for anything, but as far as jewelry goes, i don't have my ears pierced. and i'm allergic to alot of metals. (nickel. we had a falling out)

how about home-made toys for pets? for pets that can use toys. probably not for goldfish. xD

I had to make a minor update to my main post here, as my rabbit and fish passed away over the weekend. So just in case my partner was thinking about sending any pet stuff, please don't send anything for a rabbit, 'cause it'll make me cry.

As for homemade toys, it's fine for the gliders. My dog that plays with toys is a power-chewer, as is my cat. Most homemade toys probably wouldn't stand up to them for very long. For the gliders, if you knew what kinds of things to make, something like that would be really cool. They don't make mass-produced stuff for gliders for the most part, so all of my glider stuff is handmade.

If you collect "dogs" or "cats", do you want EVERYTHING with the animal?? like figures, stickers, pens.. you name it.. or is there something you dont want with it?

Of my three animal collections, I will collect anything. If it has that animal on it, I would be delighted to own it.

I have too much of this so even though I am a writer I’d say no for extras, but yes if themed based on my wishlist item.
