Can PMs be tracked here?

Just wondered if the PMs in this forum can be tracked?
I've sent a member several PMs regarding a payment I've sent her on a doll she's selling, but haven't heard from her ever since. I'm not sure if she has read my message or has been busy/away for a while...
Can anyone help me on this please? :(

I think that if you look at the sent messages in you sent folder there is a little envelope icon , if the envelope is sealed then it is unread, if it is open then it has been read,
you can also look at her profile page and see when she was last active

If you continue to have problems you can pm a mod or make a "seeking this user" board in trader support. Maybe they will have her email address or a friend of theirs will see it and let them know you are looking for them. How long has it been since you made the payment, also was the shipping domestic or international? A lack of communication is always concerning but hang in there!

This has been very useful indeed! I wasn't aware that there was a little envelope icon next to the PMs that I sent before. Thank you so much for pointing me to that! :)

Hi! Thank you very much for your suggestion. I am able to communicate further with the seller by emails, and I'm hopeful the matter will be resolved soon. :)
