i got inpact that does not fit me at all as much as i like the web i do love being outside too and i do have a bit of a dark sense of humor though. If i am not on the net though i am playing video games or reading.

Are you sure it wasn't Gill Sans? Comic Sans is an awful font but Gill Sans is an acceptable if somewhat overused font.

why is comic sans hated so much?

It's a nice happy font that makes me feel better when I use it. No one said anything when I used it for my school work or my college work. It's not like I used fancy dress or wingdings.

I'm not saying anything wrong with liking it. If you enjoy using it for personal things is fine. There are plenty of funky fonts that I like but I wouln't use them for somthing serious like school or work related stuff. I can admit that even comic sans can have a use but it has too much of a history of being used wrong. Using comic sans for school papers is the equivalent of wearing jeans to a wedding.
