I had a brown cancerish gingerbread. Sunfading didn't help her brown spots and I wouldn't put her in peroxide... Lemondrop is common enough, you may want to look for an upgrade for her if she's got cancer.

Warning, if you put Majesty in peroxide and in the sun (for more than 2 weeks) more than likely her eyes will fade from purple to blue. My gal also got rock hard, lol.

With my Majesty, I just needed to fade the body to match the head.  Covered her head and tail, one week later, perfect.  A Lemon shopping I go...

If you don't want to submerge the pony, you can also use creme peroxide. I'd recommend 6%. And just paint it onto the areas you want faded.
