Tux n Tails - Resto Project

I have a Satin n Lace winging her way to me and I was discussing trying to find her beloved hubby Tux.
My best friend and Ponywife has so very generously given me her Tux to complete the set. She is wonderful send her loves (antlercat here on the Arena)

Thing is, he needs a lot of loving to restore him and I need to know, what hair colour is a match for his original hair?
He has a tail but I'll need to reroot his scalp. Yay mohawks.

Any help is appreciated and I'll keep you updated on his resto progress x

Im not sure what color is best for Tux. I dug my boy out, but none of the blues i have matched very well (forget me not = too dark, atomic turquoise = too bright....blueberry muffin was close, but not right) perhaps "mermaid" or "water nixie" ?

Accoding to this site Atomic Turquoise is the match for tux and Tails.

Atomic Turqouise DOES match him very very close. I had a tux who needed a forelock, and I rehaired his forelock with it and you could hardly tell there was any difference between that and his original hair Tux is awesome, one of my favorite ponies :d
