These are a few WIP of my pony for the Save The Ponies competition. The little fellow started out as a blue Walgreen's fakie with creepy plastic eyes.

The legs were odd looking and I disliked the nose...so I fixed it

Then he needed wings...cause how can you have a Snowy Owl without wings?

Thats all for now. Hope you enjoy it. I sculpted him with fimo soft and it took about 10 bakings and ...12 hours of sculpting? Something like. Now I just have to paint him O.O

Paint job done! Broke down and picked up an air compressor for my airbrush. I loves it. I had too many ideas for this guy that could not be achieved with a brush. That and all those nooks and crannies...it made me cry. Anyway he has 2 tones of white, a gray gradient on the tips of his wings, tail feathers and nose. He has black marks and silver details. Already sealed...just waiting on hair and need to sculpt a few extras. Oh and add some bling as my mum calls it.

You did a great job so far. The legs are beautiful done and looks much better.
The wings are spectacular! Want to see completed picture!
