Title: Who signed this Pinkie Pie?

I think I bought her from here but it was a few years ago and I can't remember who from or find the messages or sales thread. I'm gonna guess it was 2014/2015 and I want to say she was autographed by a voice artist. Pinkie's hair was styled to look more like it does in the cartoon as well.

Any ideas?

I'm going to guess it's Andrea Libman, the voice actress for Pinkie Pie.
