Title: Price Check on a Small Collection (8 Ponies)
Post by: aliceg on April 23, 2016, 04:08:29 AM
I have a small collection of 8 ponies I'm wanting to sell. I have no idea what the value would be for any of these, or even what their names are, but I'm really hoping someone here can help me out. All of them are from the mid-2000s, while the older one is probably from the early to mid 1990s. All are in great condition, except for the older one which is in good condition.

I apologise for my ignorance and appreciate any advice you can give me! Thanks!

I have no idea on prices (but I don't think g3s are worth alot)
The older one is a fakie/not mlp
Citrus Sweetheart
Coconut Grove
Morning Glory
Bee Bop
(I can't see this ones symbol very well and I tried looking on strawberry reef with no luck)
Waterfire
Tangerine Sunset

But thats all the info I can give sorry!

G3s are about $3-6 apiece... the larger pony is a fakie.

I'd say about $15-20, higher if it's to a collector, lower if it's going to a child to play with...

Dang! I was hoping I might have a gem in there.
Thank you so much for your help, both of you. It really does mean a lot to me.

There's a small pool of  "gems" in the G3 world that you are likely to find in kid's toy lots.  Most of them were released at a price point that most parents would never have bought them.  Here  is a photo checklist to help:
