I agree that the white symbol is the result of sunfading.
I think I solved the mystery, my sherbert has white eyes (not blue, silly me) And I think the pink eyes just faded over time. Woops. Glad to know everyone was so helpful tho :)

The white eyed one says hong kong, the pink eyed one says something I cant quite make out but someone posted pictures here.

Oh, that's good to know! I was wondering about the blue eyed one because I'd never heard of one before! Here's a comparison pic of Sherbet and Sorbet Surprise in case anyone wants to know what differences they have. My Sorbet Surprise is made in China, has a thinner forelock and a bit darker/more vivid colors. Sherbet is made in Hong Kong.
