I'm near that area! Sadly though, the stores that you already listed are really the only ones that I've ever found anything either. Party City tends to get some of the blind bags/ blind boxes and plushes, but they are usually the older stock. Online retailers are really only the best bet for newer releases. I've basically given up doing toy hunts to stores, and just check the toy aisles when I happen to be in the store instead of making a special trip. Also try local thrift stores for older generations! I've had some good luck in the past at Unique/Savers locations. Good Luck on your hunts!!

I love her! I don't have her yet, but she is totally on my wish list! I'm not a fan of her pose, but I lover her color combos, and the little rainbows all over her!

I found her at my local target today! They had her, and two princess Cadances on the shelf. She is so pretty! She looks just like the Taobao picture once you take all that gear off. I am so happy that they decided to make her into fashion style size!

Is Target just the one that's pushing out the most recent pony figures at the moment or is she an exclusive?
There is no indication on her packaging that she is a Target exclusive, (I think they are just the first to be pumping her out). Plus, as other members have mentioned is is available on Amazon! Thank you so much! Going to check for her again at my Target next week.

There was only one more baby pony that is the same size as mochanut, little sister Dance Around! G3 only released two of the sister sets (Tira-Mi-Su and Mochanut, and Dance slippers, and Dance around.) They are so cute, its such a shame that Hasbro didnt use these molds more. I got mine from Hasbrotoyshop.com, It actually just came in the mail yesterday (and it is so cute)! So I just but it online, and glad I did.
