Why I love this company so.

I'm always buying their stuff, and recently after reporting how crap one of their paint tubes of mine turned to, while the others are wonderful and pristine, they sent me a $20 coupon a month or two ago and I was all 'argh what should I buy!' then they had this free shipping thing for 24 hours, then I had a proper look and they had this product of 72 pastels for $40 and I was all 'YEAH!' And then... saw it was sold out so I went and posted this to their fb page, and the response I got had me laughing and laugh and laughing...
