If my health and money were of no concern, I would love to live on a farm :) Not a producing one, but one with lots of animals as pets. I'd like to have miniature everything; mini horses, mini goats, silkie chickens, mini cows. A pond for ducks and geese. Lots of cats too!
That's pretty extreme though. Right now, I've been very interested in lizards and dart frogs. The habitats for them are expensive, which holds me back. You can keep mourning geckos, which are teeny tiny females (males are very rare) with certain dart fogs and vampire crabs. I think it would be super cool to have a huge enclosure with all three. Like a little ecosystem!
As far as other reptiles go I really like the African Fat-Tailed gecko. Much easier to care for than the dart frogs. I might get one but I still need to buy all the supplies including an enclosure, and as I said, they be pricey.
I'd also really like to have gerbils and hamsters again. With them, I have all the base supplies already including bin cages I made myself. I just can't get to them because my niece's stuff is in my parent's garage blocking my stuff.
Another more extreme animal wish I have is a hospice for cats. I hate seeing seniors in the shelter. I would love to have a big house with lots of rooms so I could have groups that get along and each room would be outfitted with everything they'd need, so they wouldn't have to travel far to get anything. I think something like that is actually my calling. I think my heart would be full and my life would have purpose. Maybe some day.
What are your animal wishes?

I'd like to have guinea pigs again but their health is so fragile I'd be paranoid all the time. Also would love to have a horse but too high maintenance and definitely don't have the yard space for it.
-
Maybe a deer or a giraffe or a gazelle...

A horse! I love them so much. I’d say a bird but they are so loud. I’m happy just watching them outside. Oh, a raven or crow or mockingbird friend would be so amazing.
-
leopard gecko or a chinchilla   they're the best

A horse. I always wanted one but of course it was an impossible dream because my parents didn't have enough money to buy one and I wouldn't have wanted to take care of it.
If we're talking about more exotic animals, I'd probably say a giraffe. I loved feeding them at the zoo.

Elephants are adorable, especially baby ones. If they came in miniature, like the size of a housecat, I'd definitely want one for a pet. Plus they're smart and could be taught lots of tricks (or get into a lot of trouble ).

A horse or pony, maybe a dog, some fish and a parrot oh and a tortoise.
Love pkw xxx

if it's more of a fantasy pet i think red pandas are so cute :) but i don't think one would be happy living in a house. a crow or raven would be fun. they're supposed to be really smart. and they're so pretty.
i think i would want a horse. and more dogs. and cats. my partner is allergic to cats so in this scenario he would magically get over his allergies :) i would need lots of space and some help. i have 3 dogs right now and they wear me out. also more money.

A horse or a small catshark, but neither is going to happen because one needs a big field & the other needs a huge tank of saltwater

Do dragons count?
Kidding, when I'm old and retired I want to raise chickens :3
-
If I ever win a large amount of money, I would love to purchase property to build my dream home, my dream pony meet space, and a sanctuary for abused animals.
Happy birthday, Silver_mirror46!

I would love to adopt all the unwanted small birds (finches, budgies, cockatiels) to give them a loving and understanding home!
-
If I had a lot of money, I would have a lot of cats and at least one dog. :) A parrot would also be nice.

2 more riding horses (mine is 33 and I don’t ride her anymore), a pony for my daughter, maybe mice, gerbils and/or rats again, tropical fish aquarium, a cockatiel, canary, Norwegian Elkhound, and one or two pomeranians/pomchis.

Beth, I love Night Jars and Frog Mouths. We have them in Florida, but they are hard to spot their camouflage is so good. You can hear them calling at night though.

It really does look like a dragon! Beautiful bird! There are also Nightjars (Caprimulgus europaeus) living in Finland, but they don't look so much like a dragon. (In Finnish it is called Kehrääjä.)
