Collections Goals for 2016?

Pretty much to finish up my 2015 goals - get the last 2 year 1 g3 ponies, get all the Funko earth ponies, and Greek Peachy and Bowtie. Other than that, I'll probably try to catch up on blindbags, expand my MIB collection, finish any g1 and g3 sets I'm close to completing, try to keep up with g4, and pay g1 more attention overall.

Oh, and more shelves! I'm almost completely out of room.

hehe mine sound easy in theory but isn't so easy in practice... 2016 goals, stop to buy ponies!
 The only one pony that I will actively seek to buy is baby greek bluebelle.. however with my last few records I will end up with about 50 or so new ponies

don't think i got any of my 2016 custom collection goals done....
so same.
4 oc characters and 2 g4 hasbro characters.
i want an adult and baby from each generation (except g3.5) of each character.
and plushes of each of them.

for purchase. equestria girls dolls and all the jointed ponies and jointed mini dolls.

Go through all my baits G3s. Go through all my trade ponies ect.
Get more us G1 mail orders.
Get more Euro Ponies G1s.
Work on completing the accessories for the paradise estate.

last year's goals were to cut down on my spending, and I've done that.... on ponies. I did however, pick up another collection, so shame on me (damn you, Sailor Moon!)

This year my goals are:
*Get to Ponycon if it's in October.
*save $ for ponycon by selling excess ponies!
*Buy smart at ponycon (getting it all home is gonna suck if I go!)
*work on my blindbag collection
*clean up and pack away the 2015 ponies I have yet to organize!

...and do all this while buying a house. Timing couldn't be worse, but I'm determined that it's going to work!

2016 Goals:
Finish US G1 collection (biggest problem will be finding my US grail- Sweet Scoops!)
get 2/3 completion on the accessories
upgrade several ponies
buy at least 2 nirvana
Finish playsets and their accessories.
Find boxes for playsets

I find it interesting that so many of us have extra ponies sitting around that we need to sell. That's been one of my goals at the end of this year and I'll be finishing that up at the beginning of 2016. I don't have many concrete goals for 2016, but besides selling my extras, maybe . . .

1) sorting out my old collection and restoring/cleaning those who need it
2) establishing a pony budget  
3) promptly destroying my budget by purchasing Tornado

I think I might slow down my pony-buying, too. Not only does it help finances, but I want to be able to properly enjoy each pony that comes into my hands. Another good reason is that my wants are becoming more expensive and hard-to-find.

My only concrete aim for this year was to replace my childhood Majesty, which I did *squee!* but I also managed to tick Moondancer, Skydancer, Fizzy and Glow off of my want list as well, which feels good. Next year, I'm finally going to get Heart Throb and hopefully find Streaky in nice condition, too.

I should add this to my 2016 goals, assuming the fair will be somewhere I'm willing to go. This past year my biggest regret was not bringing enough money!

Sunbright family would be a huge grail victory for me. I had the baby when I was a kid but lost it during the move to the US, along with a handful of other childhood ponies. I want to at least get one before the holiday season is over. I have an affinity for any pony with marine symbols especially. And these guys have eluded me far too long ><

My 2016 goals are:

- Buy a couple of Nirvanas
- Find some G2 accessories
- Complete my G3 SLH ponies
- Buy a couple of glass shelves so I can finally arrange my ponies properly
- Not buy any doubles  (unless they are in a lot)
- Hopefully save enough money to go to ponycon

Kat's 2016 MLP Goals:

1. Reorganize my shelves so I have more room.

2. Get g1 Minty, Parasol and Gusty. These were the three ponies in my original 2010 "herd" when I first joined the arena. I unwittingly sent these off to a second hand shop when I was cleaning.

3. Get SS Shady to go with my NSS Shady. SS Shady is the only MLP I remember buying as a kid.

4. Get all of Princess Serena's accessories: comb, hat, wand, bushwoolie and dragon.

5. Get the three set 1 princess ponies I'm missing: Royal Blue, Starburst, and Primrose.

6. Get my first boy pony: either Tex, Barnacle or Chief.

7. Get my first flutter pony: either Tropical Breeze, Rosedust or Peach Blossom.

8. Go through my g3 and g4 ponies and decide what will stay and what will go.

9. Photograph all my 2015 ponies and turn those photos into a Shutterfly book.

10. Find out where MLP Fair is this year and decide whether my focus will be saving for it or continuing really actively with doing swaps.
