I have open cat boxes, many cats don't like closed ones and might lead to litter box troubles later. I have mine in a small hall closet So I don't have to look at them directly. Something like a litter box cabinet (and you can make an enclosure out of a 50 gallon plastic tote bin) can hide the litter box without making the cat feel so claustrophobic

Like this, but I wouldn't use a hooded litter box inside

In regards to climbing stuff, yeah putting cat trees near things you don't want them to climb on can help

I have the brushable gitd one. I got her in the box free on the marketplace last summer.

I like that she actually looks like a zebra compared to Zig Zag, but I'm not sure if I'd like her more in realistic or if she was in fantasy colors

I have all of them, found them locally here and there since I started collecting again in 2017. I've found most of the accessories as well. Baby Nectar I have from childhood though so he is special to me

I've had cats my whole life like 7 cats and they were all pretty chill, didn't bite my stuff, chew wire, knock things down etc. Only my mom's cat she had like 30 years ago scratched all her books but otherwise pretty easy going they didn't even go on counters or tables much

Now I adopted 2 cats last August and it has been hell. Everything on any flat surface has to be in cupboards because they knock it down on the floor, we've had to put doors on our bookcases because they attacked my husband's anime figures, I'm putting in hardwood floors in two weeks because they keep dragging poo out on their butts and scooting on the carpet. They do play with wires but don't bite too much, they've turned off our mini freezer twice resulting in food spoilage, one can open bi-fold doors and scratched the carpet when she wants attention/be let into a room

They don't bite ponies too much, but they did chew up a euro exclusive baby gusty. I have to keep all my toys in a separate room they can't go in. So basically if we don't want something knocked over, attacked or scratched up we have to put it behind doors, in a shut off room, in cupboards etc

Oh and things like paper towels, cutting boards etc I have to keep in the fridge

They attack any food left out so I have to be hypervigilant, they put their paws onto our plates while we eat. They attack and bite open their food bags so we keep those in a plastic tote bin with a locking lid

These are just the negative things I've encountered, hopefully it helps show a variety of what can happen. I got them lots of cat houses and trees not even used cheaply on the marketplace, I installed a shelf under the main window so they can look out with a 10$ shelf from menards

Green ponies more specifically teal attract me, though in general my favorite color is pink

Pony Corral / Re: The Best 'Worst' Type of G1 Ponies
« on: February 05, 2021, 01:20:43 PM »
I like all of them besides bbe and the soft sleepy newborns (my wallet is thankful I don't want to collect those newborns haha). I always giveaway or sell bbe when I get them, and boy do I find alot of them

I like the perfume puff and SHS especially, I like the diversity in the hair and body shape. Perfume puff are really cute, lovely colors, and if you gently brush them with a slicker brush (a type of brush for pets) the hair becomes nicely fluffy

DnP are fine, perhaps they should have made the knob the center of a necklace or garland to make it a little less jarring. It doesn't really bother me though

Pony Corral / Re: Should This Be The End?

Who keeps saying this, bronies? I see no reason it should end, certainly not because I think G4 is the pinnecal and anything after would taint it haha

I was disappointed with G4-4.5 as a toy line and the show was meh, I collected what I liked and ignored or complained about the rest. However I'd like to see more and if they can ever do better with their toys. Basically it's for kids and as long as the kids enjoy it then it should continue. It's nice it's been going this long

Hmm I've seen people selling accessories in FB groups, I just bought some ribbons, combs and xylophones the other day

Around 500-600 I think, not counting my 4 bins of doubles.
I started collecting in 2000 and I had about 50 until 2017 when I got serious about it and have been hunting locally

Oh I forgot I mean G1 ponies

I haven't counted the others as I'm not so serious about collecting them

I am very cautious of this, set in the same world in the future a bit, references to the main six (if twilight lives a long time like Luna and Celestia probably she'll be a regular character?) Another core cast, the activist pony and diversity

Don't get me wrong diversity and activism are great things, but they didn't prove themselves good at handling friendship so I don't know about how well they'll do on those. Plus like Zapper said having an activist main character comes across like "how do you do fellow kids" and trend chasing. Perhaps she is an activist trying to spread the main six's friendship lessons so it's just going to be constant references and rehashing Haha

I feel like Hasbro is too afraid to really be fresh or new because they might lose that sweet sweet brony money. I wonder how this approach will pay off long term

The V-3689A is the same across all the boxes. It’s the second part that has some variation.
03181 - Sweet Sugar Pop
03211 - Rarity, Pinkie Pie
03191 - Fizzleshake, Bright Sun, Locket Key
03221 - Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Magic Mimics, Masquerade
03171 - Applejack
03231 - Twilight Sparkle
The repeating numbers and the fact that me and starrynights had different codes for Sweet Sugar Pop doesn’t give me much hope that there is a code to crack here.

All 9 boxes I bought ended in 03181 and I got all except Twilight, Applejack and Locket
