I sometimes am reluctant to post "brags" or pictures from auctions I won because I know I'm probably bidding against my pals here & from the TP.
So...if you were trying to win this lot, sorry!
ANYWAY, this lot is going to take a while to arrive (probably 10 - 14 days). I keep looking at the picture to figure out which ponies are coming.
...but there's this...thing...is it a G4? A G3.5? What is it?! Do you know?

Congrats on the win! It looks kind of like the colour scheme and molded hairstyle of G3.5 Cheerilee, but is that a rearing pose? No idea. Perhaps one of those obscure merch figures... or a simple fakie.

Kinda looks like a tortured G3.5. Like someone stretched her or she's doing that agonal death stretch where the spine starts bending them backwards.
Hm. Could she be leaping? Rearing? Flying? Did G3.5 make pegasi? I don't know much about them, but she's got the same weird eyes on a giant face.
Good luck with her! If her head's rotated all the way around and she projectile vomits on you, you may want to send her back. Or burn her. No, no. SALT her and burn her.
Nah, I'm sure she'll be totally and utterly not-possessed.
Side note: Husband votes for a Disney Princess Pals-Pets thing. We're currently arguing over which Disney Princess would have a purple pony for a pet. We unfortunately have only glanced at them in the store, so neither of us have any basis for our opinions, which in no way prevents us from having them.

It does seem that she's rearing, which is what has me baffled.

That is a mystery! The eye is very G3.5 to me, but I agree with everyone else that she looks like she's rearing. I know G3 had the rearing pose that Twinkle Twirl was on, but G3.5 didn't have a rearing pose (to my knowledge anyway). Actually, now that I think of it, the G3.5 McDonald's Star Song did have a rearing pose. But that pony looks bigger than a McD's pony, from this perspective anyway, so who knows. I will be very interested to learn who this pony is! Congrats on the win, by the way!
Edited to Add: Now that I look more closely at her, is what looks like the hind leg a chunk of hair from a nearby pony with similar coloration? So maybe she is just a G3.5 but the chunk of hair is just lying in a way that looks like a leg? I could be totally wrong but that is another possibility.

There was a rearing G3.5 Cheerilee I think... she does look creepy peeking out of that pile though! :D

I think its 2 different ponies as well - the head of a G3.5 and then someone elses...eh...leg/torso?

When you said it was a pile of ponies, I wasn't expecting that to be literal. It looks like the seller dumped the contents of her daughter's toybox on the floor, snapped a picture, and said "ehhh, that'll do."

It looks like pink hair from the white G3 in front of it...

I think you're onto something there. I bet it's a Super Long Hair G3.5 Cheerliee (solid plastic hair with brushable plugins) with another pony's hair falling like a rearing leg. If you look underneith what appears to be the rearing body, right beside the FS Twilight's tail, in the shadows you can see a purple that better matches the head, a chunky G3.5 leg perhaps. :)

Could it be one of those toothbrush-holders? I never saw a G3.5 version, but since there wasn't a lot of interest in 3.5, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a little-known release. :) They tend to come with rearing pony figures! I have a G4 Twilight Sparkle one myself!

Zooming in I say it's G3.5 Super Long Hair Cheerilee, mostly based on the molded hair I see there
McD's Cheerilee didn't have a molded mane

That was my first thought, too. The toothbrush-holder's pose does look similar to this, and they're not too hard to detach from the base to use as an actual toy. Though the angle of the head's weird; looking straight up?
The "hair-legs" theory sounds pretty plausible too. XD That would account for the head angle being so odd for the "pose"...

She's really stuck in that tail, too! I thought she was glued in...but it turned out to be FRESHLY CHEWED BUBBLE GUM (eeeeeeew). Still smells all bubble-gummy and it's nice & sticky.
