Steph was my partner for the monochrome swap and I had a hard time picking a color but finally chose purple (I think because I had the most paints in different shades for purple). I did give this girl a name but for the life of me cannot remember what it was. It was hard to part with her but I'm very glad my partner likes her =)

My partner for the Spring swap was Prismatic. A few of her "spring likes" on the list were flowers, baby animals, and easter eggs/hunts so I tried to throw a little of all that in. I'm don't 100% remember what I named her, I think it was Pastella since she's basically covered in those colors. I love making bases and I felt like this pony would totally benefit from one so she has a little easter basket and baby ducks to keep her company.


Sadly the post office did not treat her kindly and I was told her head fell off... never had that happen but if that's the only thing that broke off I'm happy since it's an easy fix.

 I have to say this girl was a lot of fun to make, and I was pretty sad to see her go but I'm so glad Prismatic liked her.

I know they're have been threads about baking apoxie but I couldn't find the answer to my exact question. I wanted to use sculpey on top of an apoxie base... which should be fine. The only problem is I've used tin-foil and wire as well.


I learned the hard way what happens when you leave the magnet in the pony and bake so I'm afraid something similar might happen with the tin foil. Anyone know if this would be ok or turn into a melted, burned pony?

I dyed this bait bright red planning to do a christmas custom but dropped the ball on that one. So she became a valentine's day custom instead. Lots of little sculpted hearts, crystals, etc

So my schedule has been turned upside down (taking a leave from law school to pursue a different path can do that) and while life is a bit up in the air I'm thinking I should have actually have a *bit* more free time. That being said I haven't done a private swap in a while and would really love to. Still working my new schedule out so I'm not sure how many I can handle yet but please PM me if your interested! I've had a few not so great trade experiences so I'd feel better if whoever I swap with had some arena feedback already. =)
