hi guys,
I am just wanting help or advice as I'm quite concerned about a resent purchase from Amazon for a MLP basic fun Nova.
I notice some time back there is someone/company by the name of rarewaves on eBay with super cheap shipping (to New Zealand) I was tempted and just before my purchase I notice their feedback wasn't great with a lot of people complaining about not getting tracking details and things not turning up so I decided not to go through them. so silly me trying to find a decent price for shipping and nova found one on amazon.de and didn't notice till after I purchased it, it was rarewaves  -_-  so no tracking has been provided and the annoying thing is I can't contact them directing as I have to go through an automatic messaging thing that told me to wait till sometime in Sep.

so wondering anyone out has delt with them? and how was it?
how can Amazon sell things without the seller not providing tracking and how can Amazon not let me email the seller, unless I'm missing something.  :blink:

also as it's been 2 weeks so far and with cheap shipping, could this be going via snail mail then air mail?

does Amazon have a thing for customers who don't receive their purchases?
I know its early still as some things sit at customs for a couple of days to weeks sometimes, but I won't even know if its been delivered if I'm out and someone has taken it  :(

edited has arrived, thank goodness, luckily we were home to see the courier

so today again trying to see how I can get hold of seller. the courier arrived shortly after.
and luckily it was NZ couriers who pop it around the back of the house out of view and not aramax who leaves it on front door step in plain view :D

although the wait wasn't too bad and the item pristine and well packaged, in this day and age with porch pirates its just too risky to not have tracking or any communication with sellers :lol:
