A dna kit.  Its supposed to come on Monday.

Im particularly interested because its a different one then the one my parents and brother had so there might be some differences.  After I get it done its just my sister whos left--if she wants to.

Depends.

I don't have anything right now but I plan on having a pup int he future and in the past weve put antlers or a santa hat on our dog.  Nothing major.

Full outfit only for warmth when they go out if they need or want it.  im not really sure a dress up outfit is really worth it since the dog normally doesn't appreciate playing dollie dressup

Me?  I would pay off any and all things needing to be payed off for fiancĂ©/me and our parents/close family/close friends.   Then id make sure to have enough to sustain, followed by giving back to the community and places that have provided a positive impact.  Humanitarian  things..medical.

I haven't thought about it past that.  Im not one to splurge on anything and its hard for me to do it for myself.  I tend to think and lookout for others.

Oh wow! Congrats?

I don't have advice but the same thing happened in our pond a few years ago. We..were surprised to see them survive since its outdoor only.

I did learn that they can be resilient little things though, and im sure they will be happy :)

Are they a dark slate colour?  Ours were super dark with a silver underside and eventually turned gold or orange after a few months.

Aaa, awesome <3  I truly do believe in T-N-R and im happy to see these little ones come out of their shell.

That's the beauty of kittens--they are young enough to learn and adapt.  it would be a lot harder if it was a feral adult.

Do you check to see how they are with dogs and small children before adapting them out?

That's awesome to hear you are fostering the kitties.  Are you doing T-N-R?

When my sister was working there, she would make something that I think may have been summer specific?  Its iced green tea (no lemonade) but it has raspberry syrup.  Its my go to whenever im up to it--got to admit, its been a long while since ive been to Starbucks.

I get the need for wanting to protect kids.  I would pull the 'but we all turned out fine' argument but when we were kids technology was not nearly like how it is today.   Now if we were talking about a parent going nuts because say, the little mermaid is too dark for kids..that would be valid to go after.  I just feel kids are TOO guarded now a days.  They are curious and theres no way one can permanently shield them. They will get stuff from music or from recess at school.

I don't know.  I just think that while its a good step to try to get the nasty stuff away from kids..this isn't the way to go about doing it..because they will get around it.

I think I agree with a parent block...a responsible parent will put a block on before their kids access things.  Its not perfect but its a start.

Agreed :)

Only thing is I wish it would stay warm enough for all the green tomatoes in my backyard to ripen.  We got a late start this year and while there are a ton of them on the vines, we haven't gotten any ripe ones yet.

Joy.

Postage is outrageous as it is.  This means that its going to spike again.

This is going to backlash, I can see it now :(

I don't know if id actually list for a honeymoon, but that's me.

Maybe just say that your company is a gift and just tell a few close people that you could use the money---word should get around without it feeling...you know?

Was snow white originally seen as 'too dark' when it was first made?  I think I remember reading that kids were crying?

I was never a big Bambi fan...I think even the Disney version was too sad for me as a kid.  I can understand the unrest with a redo and not staying more in tune with the original novel though.

Aside from a few *scrunch face* that's not how she acts moments, I actually was pleasantly surprised with the beauty and the beast remake.  I want to eventually see lion king and Aladdin.  I think...that's about it.
