I think most has been covered already but I just wanted to chip in as well.

Yip - you can definitely get a refund to paypal. It'll just stay as a credit in your account and next time you make a payment it'll use that first.

She likely wouldn't have a customs form. Those 3 carbon copies ones you guys use in the states are rarely used over here. On regular airmail we just have to fill in a sticker - there is no number or anything.
However you would always get a receipt from the counter. And in trades it is customary to get proof of shipping in cases like this.

If she has no proof of shipping, then she owes you your stuff back, money or a new Star Swirl.

Well sometimes the mail takes uber long. I've waited also almost 6-8 weeks for stuff to arrive. You never knew what happens (stucks in the customs, got damage and the shipping service need to repack (they fix it with a plastic bag here in germany).

And about the custom form. I always ship stuff to the US without a custom form cuz we don't need it if it's send as a letter.
Dunno how it works in Belgium.

It always suxx to wait for stuff and sitting there with no idea what to do.
But if I really want something "special" (at least special for me) I ask for insured shipping and pay for it.

I know that all did'nt help ya but I'm just hoping for you that the mail is just awfully slow and will be with you anytime *crossing fingers*

A poor pony partner from Honduras (sorry forgot her name) waited whole 4 month for a pony I've sent her once. I was already on the way to give her a full refund and then she received it with a really damaged envelope but in the end it was with her. (it was a trade as well)

I really don't think it's just a case of the mail taking a long time. I mean, it's been 3 months now and it's not just my package that's missing, Bellevi's is too. Missing packages aren't THAT common and it would be pretty unlikely that two packages sent out at the same time, but going to different addresses both got lost. That, combined with the fact that she won't show any proof of the packages ever being sent makes me think they weren't ever sent in the first place.

Well, I see Moonstorm has been on multiple times since I posted this thread. I'm guessing she's not going to respond, which means I'm not getting a refund.

That is very dissapointing to hear Shorty

She has had ample enough time to show you proof of shipment/or given you a refund.

Since she still won't work with either of us to refund or replace our stuff and won't show proof of shipping, I think it's pretty clear that Moonstorm scammed us.

:(    I know it wont help you get your ponies, but I think its time for both of you to leave some appropriate feedback now. If she does fix things later then you can always revise it

I left her negative feedback. Now if I could just find another Star Swirl that I can actually afford, (or through a trade) that would be fantastic.

That sucks you didn't get the pony :(

I would be happy to help out :) I could pick up a Star Swirl for you at cost, she is NZ$20 (US$16). We also have Skywishes here which is NZ$15(US$12). Pm me if you're interested :)

I went and left appropriate feedback as well. I'm still hoping that both of our packages arrive or that Moonstorm does something to remedy the situation.

I hope so too because at this point, unless I get a refund from her, I won't be able to afford another Star Swirl for quite some time. I was planning on finding another, but my video card died so now I have to spend close to $200 for a new one, which means no new ponies for quite awhile.
