There is a movie on Netflix called We Can Be Heroes, and Sharkboy and Lavagirl are back with small parts, and it's the original grown up Lavagirl too!(but not original Sharkboy, though he never takes off his mask, so maybe they could get Lautner in on any further sequels)

I remember that movie! Was like a fever dream but I watched it so many times.

Not sure I can call it a sequel given they basically made the main duo an afterthought.
